By placing an order with VenomMods, customers agree to the following return, refund, and warranty terms.
🔧 Labor
Labor costs are never covered and remain the full responsibility of the customer.
VenomMods is not responsible for any damage that occurs during installation.
⏳ Custom Order Delays
Orders may only be canceled due to delays if:
No progress has been made on the order, or
A start date has not been scheduled within six (6) weeks of receiving payment.
🔄 Returns
Returns are accepted only for products with serious manufacturing defects or damage that makes them unusable.
Customers must notify us immediately after discovering a defect to qualify.
Returned products must be:
In their original packaging
Unused and free from wear, damage, or modification
Items with personalized decals cannot be returned.
A 25% restocking fee applies to all custom order returns and cancellations.
Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been safely received and inspected.
Customers are responsible for proper packaging and safe return shipping.
🔁 Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for items with serious defects or damage that make them unusable.
Customers must notify us immediately after discovering a defect.
Exchanged items must be unused, in their original packaging, and free from wear or damage.
Items with personalized decals are not eligible for exchange.
If a replacement is requested before the defective item is returned, a temporary hold for the product’s full retail price will apply until the original is received.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend secure packaging and shipping insurance, as VenomMods is not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit.
🛡 Warranty Coverage
Steering Wheels: 2-year warranty against heat cracks in the carbon fiber finish.
Does not cover wear and tear of leather, Alcantara, or painted plain weave carbon fiber.
LED Shift Lights & Modules: 1-year warranty covering malfunctions.
Interior Carbon Fiber Products: Lifetime warranty.
Exterior Carbon Fiber Products: 150-day warranty against yellowing, separation, or cracking.

Professional installation is highly recommended. VenomMods accepts no liability for damages, injuries, or legal consequences caused by improper installation or misuse.
