4. Installation & Assumption of Risk

  • VenomMods does not provide installation services. We strongly recommend professional installation by a qualified technician.

  • You assume all risks associated with the installation and use of our products, including but not limited to property damage, vehicle damage, and personal injury.

5. Pricing, Orders & Availability

  • All prices are listed in United States Dollar(USD) unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.

  • We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders at our sole discretion (including due to errors in pricing, product descriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity).

  • Product images and descriptions are for reference only; actual items may vary slightly.

6. Payment & Billing

  • Payment must be completed before products are shipped.

  • By submitting payment details, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your chosen method of payment.

  • You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information and to promptly update it as necessary.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship to Canada and internationally, subject to carrier availability and restrictions.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary.

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon shipment of the order.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Returns of unused, undamaged items may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to inspection.

  • Custom, special-order, and clearance items are final sale and non-returnable.

  • Shipping charges, labor, installation, and customization costs are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus applicable shipping and restocking fees.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

  • Unless expressly stated, VenomMods provides no warranties on products sold.
